oQey Gallery Non-Commercial License

1. Definitions
	a. "oQey Gallery skin" means a collection of files included in a folder or a zip archive that makes it a product, which can be used by oQey Gallery photo slideshow plugin for WordPress in order to change the way it looks / works and the functionality of the oQey Gallery photo slideshow plugin for WordPress. oQey Gallery skins can be distributed under oQey Gallery Non-Commercial License or under oQey Gallery Commercial License.
	b. "Redistribution" means to make available to the public the original or copies of the software product, as appropriate, through making it available for download or any other known method of a data transfer.

2. License

This Product is provided to you free of charge for any use other than any commercial use, including redistribution for a fee. Adobe Flash Source (*.fla) files are not included in the oQey Gallery plugin for WordPress package and will not be provided in any other editable format. Adobe Flash Source (*.fla) and Adobe Flash Player (*.swf) files remain the property of oQeySites.

Non-commercial redistribution of the Product oQey Gallery plugin is allowed, however, you cannot change the name of the product, oQey Gallery, and you shall distribute the package in its entirety, including the document titled documentation.txt.
