oQey Gallery Commercial Professional License

1. DEFINITIONS
	a. "oQey Gallery skin" means a collection of files included in a folder or a zip archive that makes it a product, which can be used by oQey Gallery photo slideshow plugin for WordPress in order to change the way it looks / works and the functionality of the oQey Gallery photo slideshow plugin for WordPress. oQey Gallery skins can be distributed under oQey Gallery Non-Commercial License or under oQey Gallery Commercial License.
	b. “Major version” is determined by a new first digit in the Product’s version number.
	
2. LICENSE

This oQey Gallery Commercial Professional License (“CPL”) is a legal and entire AGREEMENT between you and oQeySites for the oQey Gallery skin; the product includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("Product" or “Software” or “Software Product”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software Product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this CPL.

3. LICENSE GRANT

oQey Sites grants to you, on these terms and conditions, the non-exclusive right and license to use this Product. The Product can be used under 1 (one) Domain Name. In other words, you need only one license for 1 (one) website using this Product.

Each purchase provides you with a Single-User license. You need one license for each developer using the Product in your organization, including temporary or freelance developers engaged by the organization.

The Product is offered under a “major version” license. The license terms feature limited technical support and service plus access to minor upgrades to the Product. Support service and all updates are free for all licensed users during 1 (one) month after purchase. A new major version of the Product will require you to purchase a new license in order to use it.

This Product may be used for personal and/or commercial projects such as websites, offline presentations and other multimedia presentations. This Product may not be distributed as a template. For any kind of Product embedding, including but not limited to, applications for commercial distribution, TV / motion pictures, CD-ROMS, cellphones and PDAs, a special embedding / OEM license must be obtained for each project. Please email us to purchase an embedding / OEM license.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

By ordering from oQey Sites you agree that you wish to purchase the selected Product and that you will not hold oQey Sites responsible in any way. Purchasing of this Product means that you have understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this disclaimer.

oQey Sites does not take any responsibility and is not liable for any damage caused by this Product, be it indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, loss of profits, interruption or the like). oQey Sites does not in any way take responsibility for the correct workings of the Product if modified or if used in a way for which it was not designed. You must also be aware that bugs could be found in the Product that you purchase. These should be reported to us and they will be fixed as soon as possible (if and when possible). We reserve the right to distribute upgrades to the Product.

This Product is sold on an AS IS basis. All features are listed on the Product page . By ordering Product from oQey Sites, you agree that you have read and understood the Product specifications and have determined that it can be used in the way that you require.

5. OWNERSHIP

All right, title, and interest in the intellectual property embodied in the Product and accompanying materials, if any, remain the property of the oQey Sites or its licensors. The Product is copyrighted and is protected by international treaty provisions. Exclusive rights for commercial use of the Product worldwide are owned by oQey Sites.

As defined by this Agreement, the end-user receives limited rights of using the Product only. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Product.
